Vondi Terms of Service

1. The service

Vondi lets you photograph secondhand items. AI estimates resale value and condition and generates listing texts for marketplaces such as Vinted, eBay, Marktplaats and Depop. The app works with an anonymous account by default; no registration is required.

2. Accounts

You can optionally create an account with your email address, or sign in with Apple or Google, to back up your data and use it on multiple devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time; deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, during which signing in again cancels it.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal non-commercial resale activities. You agree not to reverse engineer the app, abuse usage limits, upload unlawful content, or sell prohibited items. You are responsible for photos and marketplace listings.

4. Free tier, trial and subscriptions

The free tier includes 3 scans per month, no account needed. Vondi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available as a weekly plan, a yearly plan, a monthly plan (Pro Power) and Pro Max. Each plan has a monthly scan limit, shown in the app before you subscribe (currently 400 for weekly, 80 for yearly, 600 for Pro Power and 3,000 for Pro Max). Paid scan limits refill on the anniversary of the day you started paying, not on the first of the calendar month.

New subscribers on weekly, yearly and Pro Power may be offered a 3-day free trial with 10 scans per day. Pro Max has no trial. The paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Billing is handled by Apple or Google. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple/Google policies.

5. Estimates are indicative

Price estimates, condition assessments and generated listing texts are indicative only and not professional advice. We do not guarantee sales or estimated prices. Verify generated texts before publishing.

6. Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify or discontinue features. Material term changes will be communicated in the app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoviByte Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from estimates, marketplace transactions or unavailability. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before a claim, without limiting liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Vondi anytime and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
