Frequently asked questions
How do scans work?
Take a photo of a secondhand item in the app. The photo is sent to our secure server, where AI analyzes it and estimates the resale value and condition. It also generates ready-to-use listing texts for marketplaces such as Vinted, eBay, Marktplaats and Depop. Your photo is only used for the analysis and is not stored on our servers; only the results are saved to your scan history.
How many scans do I get?
The free tier includes 3 scans per month. Vondi Pro (weekly or yearly subscription) includes a fair-use limit of 500 scans per month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Vondi Pro and choose Cancel Subscription. On Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Vondi Pro and cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. For iOS purchases, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, use the order history in the Play Store.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual scans in the app at any time. To delete all data linked to your anonymous account, email us and include your anonymous account ID (shown in the app settings) so we can locate your data. We will confirm once everything is removed.
Do I need an account?
No. Vondi signs you in anonymously. We never ask for your name, email address or a password.
Are the price estimates guaranteed?
No. Estimates are generated by AI and are indicative only. Actual resale prices depend on the market, timing and the condition of your item.
