Neon Cascade Terms of Service

Neon Cascade is a tile-matching puzzle game in which you clear cascading grids, chain combos, progress through levels and can compete on an online leaderboard. The game uses an anonymous account created automatically on your device; no registration is required. The game can be played offline, with progress synced when a connection is available.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neon Cascade for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the game or its backend.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores or the leaderboard, or use bots or automated tools.
• Abuse, overload or circumvent usage limits, rate limits or security measures.
• Submit a display name or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access if we detect cheating, manipulation or abuse.

The game is free to download and play. The Neon Shop offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable items such as credits, prisms and energy, and the Neon Pass. Consumable items are used up as you play. Prices are shown in the game before purchase.

Purchases are billed and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Any auto-renewing element renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Because consumable items are delivered and consumed immediately in the game, they are generally not refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

In-game currency and items (such as credits, prisms, energy and Neon Pass rewards) are a limited license to use digital content within Neon Cascade. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. We may adjust, balance or discontinue virtual items and game features over time.

We aim to keep Neon Cascade available but provide the game on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, levels or the leaderboard at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the game, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoviByte Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost virtual items or progress, or losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from intent or gross negligence.

You can stop using Neon Cascade at any time by deleting the game and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
